4. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at hello@shopindrani.com to request a return slip.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Items returned after 14 but within 30 days may qualify for store credit, if accepted.
  • Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We strive for accuracy, but colours, sizing, and descriptions may vary slightly—especially with handmade or one-of-a-kind items.
  • Measurements are approximate.
